Invoice Tracker – Service Terms

Invoice Tracker is a software tool provided by D&D Automation that connects to QuickBooks in read-only mode to display invoice data and help users track overdue and paid invoices.

The system may send invoice reminders on behalf of the user based on data received from QuickBooks.
Users are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all reminders before sending.

Invoice Tracker does not modify accounting records and does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, or financial advice.
D&D Automation is not responsible for payment collection results, client relationships, or financial outcomes.

Subscription & Billing

Access to Invoice Tracker is provided as a monthly or annual subscription billed via Stripe.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Trial & Refund Policy

If a free trial is offered, users may cancel during the trial period without charge.
Due to the digital nature of the service, all payments are final and non-refundable once the trial period ends.

Data & Privacy

Invoice Tracker accesses QuickBooks data in read-only mode and does not store sensitive financial data beyond what is required to operate the dashboard and reminder system.
